Ilse Kruger

I'm Ilse Kruger, a South African artist based in Nature's Valley on the Garden Route, surrounded by ocean, forest, and National Parks.  Inspired by this landscape I create nature-inspired paintings-  including seascapes, forest scenes, and botanical wall art - that bring calm and serenity to your home or workspace.   I also explore modern abstract art, using unique mark-making techniques with leaves, rags, and textured tools. Though self-taught, I've learned through a community of artists and have exhibited annually for 15 years. My original paintings have received international recognition in art competitions.
